Do I need to create an account to make purchases??

Yes. You need to create an account to start purchasing with us. This will help to facilitate subsequent purchases and allow you to track your order status.

How do I make an order??

Click on your desired item, key in the quantity and add it into your cart. When you are ready, proceed to check out and choose your shipping and payment option. For more information, please click here.

How do I pay for my order??

All payments on this site is made through Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay for your items using your credit card.

Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

Alternatively, you may opt for payment at our store’s counter when you self collect your parcel at our retail store. Enjoy up to 15% off your order above $20 when you do self-collection at our store!

How do I use my discount code??

You may key in your discount code when you view your cart (top right hand corner). Click on on “Apply Coupon” button and proceed to check out.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it??

We are sorry that once order has been confirmed, we do not accept any cancellation or amendment.

Do you accept wholesale orders? ?

Yes, we do. Kindly email us your enquiry on wholesale orders to enquiry@rentingonline.com.sg or contact us via our contact form here. It would be great if you could share with us more details on your company and the quantity you are looking at. Our team will get back to you soon.

Do you accept returns??

We accept returns for unused and unopened item(s). The item(s) should reach us before the 7th day of receipt is up. Please drop us an email to enquiry@rentingonline.com.sg with your order number, as well as the reason for the return. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be refunded back to you in the form of store credits. Kindly note that the cost of shipping of the returned item(s) will be borne by you.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please accept our sincere apologies. Kindly contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as soon as we can.

What are the currencies accepted??
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar. Your currency will be converted to SGD by your respective credit card companies.
I would like to see the actual items before I decide on my purchase. Is that possible??
Yes. You may visit our retail store located at Fu Lu Shou Complex, #03-07/08/09, to view the items, and purchase the items directly there. On top of that, we are offering up to 15% off selected items for in-store purchases.
Shipping
When will I receive my local parcel??

Please allow 1- 2 working days for us to process and dispatch your parcel to our logistics partner. Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel should reach you in 1 – 3 days.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by third parties. This means that we cannot be responsible for delivery times or services once your order is dispatched. Please expect delays during peak periods. We also cannot be responsible for orders or items that are lost.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally??

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide.

Please allow 1- 2 working days for us to process and dispatch your parcel to our logistics partner. Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel should reach you in 3 – 7 days.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by third parties. This means that we cannot be responsible for delivery times or services once your order is dispatched. Please expect delays during peak periods (e.g. Christmas). We also cannot be responsible for orders or items that are lost.
